Was this mass murderer sane or insane at the time he killed 77 young people in Norway? The experts are divided. How different is Anders Breivik from Al-Qaida in the Arab world, the Taliban in Afghanistan and Pakistan, or the Maoists in India?
Not much. We are all human and operate under the same biological, physical, chemical and psychological laws. In the post "Reading another's mind" I suggest Thought and Emotions are Vectors that shape human behaviour under the parallelogram law of forces whether one is Al-Qaida, Taliban, Maoist, a Somali Pirate or just someone like you and me.
Anders Behring Breivik was unique in his actions but very common in the physics and chemistry - his thoughts and emotions - that led to his actions. What is unique is the combination of his thoughts and emotions influenced by his circumstances. A clinical analysis of Anders Behring Breivik with his thoughts, emotions and actions evaluated in the framework of the parallelogram law of forces will help us all understand our individual and collective behaviour better and lead to better inter human understanding and peace on earth.
