The Old World Order is crumbling. Tunisians, Egyptians, Yemenis and other Arabs are on the streets shaking themselves off of their western backed leaders. Elsewhere in the world countries once caught in the polarization of the Cold War are now free, spreading their wings. The Economic and Political influence of China, India and Brazil are waxing while those of the United States and the West are Waning. A new World Order is on its way.
The Rise & Fall of the Old World Order: The second world war put to an end Hitler's occupation of European and other countries, an occupation which included countries which themselves were occupiers of other lands (their colonies around the world). Following the second world war two things happened:
- Countries around the world fought for and succeeded in getting independence from their occupying rulers.
- The Cold War began. From the spoils of a defeated Germany, the USA & USSR embarked on an aggressive race to dominate. Ex-German Scientists and Engineers helped them in their weapons race and race into space.
The countries that had shaken off the yoke of their colonial rulers had to take on a new yoke, adopt a new master. The unwritten code of the two new superpowers was the same: "If you are not under my wing you are under the enemy's wing". Countries that were not under either wing were out in the cold, susceptible to invasion from a neighbour armed and supported by a super power. Even countries like Yugoslavia, India, Egypt and Indonesia that founded the Non-Aligned Movement were forced by circumstances and necessity to align themselves even if loosely with one of the two superpowers. Countries like Afghanistan became a battle ground for proxy wars between the US and USSR.
The Maelstrom caused by the Cold War ended with the fall of the Berlin Wall and the collapse of the USSR. The Cold War and its effects required two hands clapping. The victor of the cold war, the US, could not maintain the Maelstrom with one hand clapping. Countries are now free of both their colonial rulers and the yoke put on them by the Cold War. Countries that were under the Soviet wing immediately found themselves liberated and free.
Leaders of countries who were effectively dictactors under the US wing during the cold war continued to exploit this arrangement in their own self interest ostensibly protecting the US and the west from Islamic extremism. Abraham Lincoln said "You can fool all the people some of the time, and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time". The people on the streets in Tunisia, Egypt and other Arab countries are proof of this.
The New World Order: A New World Order is evolving in front of us. The economic power and influence of the US and the West is on the decline. As the economic power of the US dwindles so will its ability to sustain its military superiority. On the other hand the economies of China, India & Brazil are advancing as is their influence. China has already started spending large sums of money in boosting its military might.
We are at the crossroads. Will East & West go their own destined ways with China, India, Brazil and other countries being dominant in the New World Order? Where in the past the US and western countries lent money and gave charity to poor countries will China, India and other new powers now return the favour in a New World Order?
Rudyard Kipling in his "The Ballad of East and West" wrote:
Unless strong men and women from all ends of the earth meet at the crossroads, join hands, and walk into a brave new World Order created together, East & West will continue on their own separate ways with nothing changing except countries in the East & West exchanging positions of power and dominance.
A site for all strong men and women from all ends of the earth to meet is the One World Party International .

Post-communist statesIt is difficult to declare whether the term of a right-wing dictatorship is needed while dealing with the current situation as, following the end of the Cold War, almost all communist regimes throughout the world ceased to exist. Out of five that survived till today, three (China, Laos, and Vietnam) decided to follow Western rules of free market and capitalism, although still referring to themselves as socialist.

The quality of life and security for the citizens has been largely restored and we are a large part of why that has happened.

Without any doubts the changes which we are seeing in the Islamic societies are showing that the new world order in on its way and will totally change the way the things are looking right now.
