First step to World Peace

If there was a road map, a step by step plan to achieve world peace and harmony what would the first step be?

  Surely it would begin with people of all races, religions and beliefs conversing with each other respectfully, finding common ground where we can, respecting others' right to differ when we cannot.  Hopefully that common ground will include a rejection of violence as a mechanism to sort out differences.

These conversations would have to be at various levels:  Local Communities, Provincial/State, National and Global.  The following link is a list of discussion groups for each country on earth:

You are invited to find and join your country's group, create your own groups based on Regions/States or community and link them to your country's group so people can start these conversations.

There is nothing to lose and a WHOLE WORLD to gain!  So join your country's group.  Invite your friends, better yet invite your enemies, to join, and start conversing.
